GASTRONOMIA
With a distinctly gastronomic character, its volume, persistence, and freshness give it a bold and ambitious culinary capacity. From soupy dishes, such as rice dishes where the sea is the host, to traditional meat delicacies with moderate fat content, such as escabeches, particularly partridge or duck, its structure and tension bring the dish to life and refresh the palate, providing excellent moments of pleasure at the table.
