Payment conditions and security guarantees

• All orders placed at Dois Marias can be paid using Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), Multibanco Reference and/or MBWay;
• If the customer chooses to pay by Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), they will be automatically redirected to a secure link where we will obtain payment authorization. As with any other credit card payment, the following data will be requested: cardholder's name, card number, and expiration date. To ensure a secure shopping experience, we advise that the CVV (security code) must be entered. Since the CVV is a code that is part of the card itself, any attempt at fraud is securely prevented;
• If the customer chooses to pay by Multibanco Reference, Dois Marias will only begin processing the order after receiving the respective amount. Therefore, for this payment method, we advise you to complete it as soon as possible, in order to receive your order promptly. If payment for the order is not made within 24 hours of its placement, Dois Marias will cancel the order;
• If the customer chooses to pay via MBWay, they will receive a payment notification in the MBWAY application. To continue the payment process, the steps indicated by the application must be followed. This payment has a time limit, indicated by the application, so failure to meet the limit will result in the cancellation of the order;
• We advise you to make the payment using only the platforms suggested by Dois Marias. If this is not the case, Dois Marias is not responsible for the loss of the monetary value paid, or for any damages that may arise therefrom;

Security of transactions

• For your safety and protection, Dois Marias uses security technologies that allow data encryption. This way, we can guarantee that all information provided, from the initial moment to the moment the order is processed, will not be stored on any public server;
• Under no circumstances will Dois Marias be liable for damages suffered resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, in particular damages resulting from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties, or computer programs used for communication or transmission of viruses.
