Dois Marias 75cl
Complex nose. Citrus notes in the foreground, with lime peel standing out. Increasing complexity, slight balsamic and honeycomb. In the background, woodland and a hint of orange blossom. On the palate, it surprises with an intense, angular attack, with immense amplitude and vibrant acidity. A daring wine, which leads us to a persistent, harmonious and disruptive finish.
GRAPE VARIETIES
Roupeiro, Arinto, Bical and Fernão Pires
GASTRONOMIA
Of a clearly gastronomic nature, its volume, persistence, and freshness give it a bold and ambitious ability to pair with food. From hearty dishes, such as rice dishes where the sea is the host, to traditional meat delicacies with moderate fat content, such as escabeches, particularly partridge or duck, its structure and tension bring the dish to life and refresh the palate, providing excellent moments of pleasure at the table.
